Job summary

Next Level Impacts, in partnership with a fast-growing orthopedic medical device company, is seeking an experienced Sports Medicine Territory Manager to expand its market presence in the Atlanta area.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and an equity opportunity, with a focus on opening new accounts, building surgeon relationships, and ensuring strong OR coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Direct Sports Medicine sales experience preferred (No Recon or F&A).
• Established relationships with orthopedic and Sports Medicine surgeons.
• Strong OR and surgical case coverage experience.
• Proven ability to open new accounts and convert competitive business.
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Hunter mentality with the ability to build a territory.
