Job summary

Next Level Impacts is partnering with a fast-growing orthopedic medical device company to recruit a Sports Medicine Territory Manager in Nashville, TN. This role focuses on expanding market presence and building a high-performing territory.

You will leverage established surgeon relationships, lead credentialed sales calls in OR settings, and drive growth through new accounts and competitive conversions. Competitive base plus uncapped commissions and equity are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Direct Sports Medicine experience strongly preferred.
• Established relationships with orthopedic and Sports Medicine surgeons.
• Strong OR and surgical case coverage experience.
• Proven ability to open new accounts and convert competitive business.
• Hunter mentality with the ability to build a territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow orthopedic/sports medicine accounts in the Nashville area.
• Lead sales calls in operating room settings and OR-related procedures.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining quota.
• Build and manage a high-performing territory with strategic account planning.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience
• Direct Sports Medicine experience strongly preferred (No Recon or F&A)
• Established relationships with orthopedic and Sports Medicine surgeons
• Strong OR and surgical case coverage experience
• Proven ability to open new accounts and convert competitive business
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota
• Hunter mentality with the ability to build a territory
