Compensation

• Base pay range: $300.00/yr - $350.00/yr
• OPPORTUNITY: TSM (Territory Sales Manager) with strong track record of success.
• COMPANY: Company is publicly traded with a $700M market cap and newly FDA approved new product, this company is estimated to have over a $1B MKT Cap in by end of 2026.
• COMPENSATION: Salary + commission + bonus + stock. 1st year $250-300K - 2nd year $300-350K. $225K at plan. Stock will be awarded and more stock earned. $580.00 car allowance that is not taxed.
