Job summary

DEX Imaging in Florida is seeking an administrative sales support specialist to act as the primary contact, set appointments, handle logistics, and assist the sales team with pipeline management and lead qualification.

You will coordinate quotes, process orders, track invoices, and maintain client relationships while ensuring reporting accuracy and alignment with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 1–2 years related experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software, order processing and contact management systems
• Travel is primarily local during the business day, with some out-of-area travel may be expected

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for customers and internal teams
• Telephones prospects to identify contacts and drive leads through the sales pipeline
• Compile lists of prospective customers from newspapers, directories, ads, trade shows, and online sources
• Participate in marketing logistics, including quotes, terms, and contract preparation
• Travel within the territory to meet customers and discuss orders
• Prepare reports of business transactions and track invoices and expenses
• Investigate and resolve delivery problems and maintain purchaser relationships
• Coordinate customer training and ensure safety requirements are followed
