Dex Imaging in Florida is seeking an Administrative Support for the sales department. This role serves as a liaison to clients, handles appointment setting, and supports daily operations of the sales team to ensure a smooth workflow.

You will identify revenue opportunities, qualify leads, and drive them through the sales pipeline, while coordinating quotes, contracts, travel within the territory, and tracking transactions and invoices to budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels.
• Travel is primarily local during the business day; some out-of-area travel may be expected.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact.
• Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads from various sources.
• Assists with marketing logistics, including quotes, credit terms and sales contracts.
• Travels throughout assigned territory to solicit orders or discuss with customers by phone.
• Prepares reports of business transactions and tracks invoices and expenses against budget.
• Investigates and resolves customer delivery problems.
• Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.
• Coordinates customer training.
• Adheres to safety requirements to complete tasks.
