Job summary

DEX Imaging is seeking a Sales Canvasser to support the sales team as an administrative liaison, appointment setter, and lead facilitator in Great Falls, MT. The role focuses on identifying revenue opportunities, qualifying contacts, and driving leads through the sales pipeline while handling logistics and client coordination.

The position serves as the primary point of contact, performing outreach to prospects, compiling lists for sales leads, and supporting marketing logistics including quotes

Qualifications

• Position requires extremely perceptive person, who can relate to individuals at all levels.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Order processing systems and Contact Management systems.
• Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area travel may be expected.
• Completes additional tasks and assignments as requested by Regional Sales Director.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact.
• Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
• Hands-on involvement in a variety of marketing logistics, including quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
• Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talks with customers by phone.
• Prepares reports of business transactions and track all invoices and expense accounts against budget.
• Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
• Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.
• Coordinates customer training.
