Job summary

DSI is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Duluth, Minnesota area to lead sales performance and coach Retail Sales Associates across an assigned territory. You will drive weekly store execution and personally sell to stay sharp, while building a high‑performance culture.

You will travel within the Duluth area, interview candidates, manage payroll approvals, and ensure staffing aligns with company goals. Competitive base pay plus commissions and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership.
• Proven track record of hitting sales goals while developing people.
• Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and make fast decisions.
• Excellent interviewing and coaching capabilities.
• Willing to travel within the Duluth, Minnesota area and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train RSAs; deliver in-store training and upskill sessions.
• Visit stores weekly; inspect merchandising, demos and attach rates.
• Monitor sales KPIs and staffing compliance; address gaps quickly.
• Conduct final interviews and make hiring recommendations.
• Approve payroll accurately and on time.
• Foster a positive, high-performance team culture.
• Provide weekly coaching with actionable plans.
• Achieve weekly sales targets to model best practices.
• Fill staffing gaps by covering shifts as needed.
