MITER Brands is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in Spokane, WA to drive sales through dealer and distributor networks. The role reports to sales leadership and focuses on expanding market share with consultative support and product training.

You will manage multiple accounts, provide solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet territory goals. A base salary plus uncapped commissions is offered with a monthly car allowance for travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management or related field.
• 5+ years in territory/outside sales or account management.
• Experience in building materials or construction products preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow relationships with dealer and distributor accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and drive sales growth.
• Train dealer sales staff on product features, benefits and selling strategies.
• Provide product expertise and guidance to dealers, builders and channel partners.
