Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand market share across the assigned territory including Simi Valley, CA. The role focuses on managing dealer and distributor relationships and developing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will deliver consultative sales, train dealers, and collaborate with architects, contractors, and builders to promote Milgard products and increase market share. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years in territory sales or related roles.
• Proven success in achieving sales goals and growing customer relationships.
• Experience in training customers or conducting product presentations is preferred.
• Experience in building materials, windows/doors, or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with dealer and distributor accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and drive sales growth.
• Promote sales growth and opportunities for Milgard customers.
• Sell Milgard products to the dealer base and influence demand through architects and contractors.
• Provide product training and support to dealers and customers.
• Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities to increase sales and market share.
• Support the order fulfillment process with internal teams.
