Job summary

Springs Window Fashions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Mobile or Birmingham AL areas to lead dealer sales and expand market presence. You will drive revenue by selling leading brands and delivering Best Experiences to dealers, decorators, designers, and builders within your territory.

You’ll train, manage relationships, and analyze competition while achieving budgeted sales. The role offers growth, a vehicle program, and comprehensive benefits, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling custom products and/or industry experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent sales personality – even tempered, passionate about driving sales, outgoing and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed budgeted sales of Springs Window Fashions products to home fashion dealers, interior decorators, designers and builders within assigned territory.
• Solicit and maintain favorable contacts with current and potential dealers, decorators, designers and builders within territory.
• Calling on dealers and related entities to increase sales of SWF products (70%).
• Conduct sales training and seminars (10%).
• Handle customer complaints with diplomacy to maintain loyalty (5%).
• Develop and maintain competitive analysis and keep informed of competitive activities (5%).
• Keep accurate records and report expenses; adhere to travel policies (5%).
• Attend training sessions and meetings to improve product knowledge (5%).
