Job summary

Springs Window Fashions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Mobile or Birmingham, AL areas. You will drive revenue by selling our leading window coverings, managing relationships with dealers, designers, and builders, and expanding into new markets.

The role offers paid training, travel, and opportunity for career growth. You will travel regularly by car and occasionally by plane, with a strong emphasis on delivering best-in-class customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling custom products and/or industry experience preferred.
• Excellent sales personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to travel regularly by car and occasionally by plane.
• Strong analytical and mathematical ability and good organizational skills.
• Valid driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• 70% - Call on dealers, interior designers, and builders within the territory to grow SWF sales.
• 10% - Conduct sales training and seminars to promote SWF products.
• 5% - Handle customer complaints with diplomacy to maintain loyalty.
• 5% - Maintain competitive analysis and share insights with the BU Manager.
• 5% - Keep records, report expenses, and adhere to travel policies.
• 5% - Attend trainings and meetings to expand product knowledge.
