Job summary

Springs Window Fashions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Mobile or Birmingham, AL areas. You will drive revenue by managing profitable sales of our leading window coverings and related services, while developing dealer relationships and expanding market presence.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales, experience with custom products, and strong communication skills. Travel is required; a vehicle program and training support are provided to enable success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling custom products and/or industry experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed budgeted sales of Springs Window Fashions products within the assigned territory.
• Solicit and maintain favorable contacts with dealers, interior decorators, designers and builders.
• Travel regularly by car; some positions may require overnight travel.
