Job summary

Capital Waste Services is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive profitable revenue growth across a defined geographic market in the United States. You will acquire new commercial and industrial clients, negotiate contracts, and plan the territory to meet monthly and annual goals.

The role requires a self-motivated, field-based sales professional with a track record of selling recurring services and managing a defined territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside or territory sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned sales territory with growth targets.
• Identify and develop new commercial and industrial customers.
• Present service proposals, pricing, and contract terms.
• Negotiate agreements and close new business per guidelines.
• Maintain accurate sales activities and contracts documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
