Job summary

UroGen Pharma is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead sales activities across a defined geography, focusing on urology accounts, hospitals, and specialty pharmacies. This role blends clinical, operational, and account management duties, demanding drive, strategic planning, and the ability to execute marketing strategies and achieve revenue targets.

You will work with cross-functional teams to demonstrate product value, navigate reimbursement, and support patient pathways while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Willingness to travel: 80% within assigned territory; 20% overnights/weekend events as needed.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Direct customer-facing interaction and execution of brand & sales strategy to demonstrate clinical product value.
• Use knowledge of local market trends, institutions, and key customers to maximize territory results.
• Collaborate with matrix team members to improve territory performance.
• Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize data and internal resources to create territory business plans that drive results.
• Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency and processes.
