Job summary

UroGen Pharma is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead commercial activities within a defined region, focusing on key urology accounts and institutions such as hospitals, ASCs and clinics. You will develop regional business plans with the RBD to execute strategy and ensure access, minimizing barriers for patients and providers.

The role requires understanding reimbursement, care pathways and operational workflows, plus the ability to travel 50%+ and communicate across functions to share

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Minimum of 6 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• 2 years hospital or large account experience preferred.
• 2 years Urology experience preferred.
• Operational experience with EMR systems/onboarding of accounts to new products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional team including Territory Business Managers and market access managers.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers across the region.
• Manage large and small Urology, hospital and pharmacy accounts.
• Ensure product delivery needs are met for each customer.
• Translate strategies into actionable regional plans.
• Demonstrate disease state and reimbursement knowledge to inform plans.
• Complete administrative tasks efficiently, including call and expense reporting.
