UroGen Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead sales and marketing execution within a defined geography, focusing on urology accounts, hospitals, and specialty pharmacies.

The TBM will develop detailed business plans to ensure marketing strategy execution and coverage of the territory, while navigating reimbursement, care models, and patient pathways. Join a company focused on improving outcomes for uro-oncology patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 4+ years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Willing to travel up to 80% within territory; 20% overnights/weekends as needed.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Resourceful, creative, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Direct customer-facing interaction and execution of brand & sales strategy to demonstrate clinical product value and educate on appropriate utilization.
• Use knowledge of local market trends, institutions, and key customers to maximize territory results.
• Collaborate with matrix team members to establish and improve territory performance.
• Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Leverage internal resources and data to create territory business plans that drive results.
• Identify opportunities to build organizational efficiency and process improvements that positively impact business.
