IPS Packaging & Automation is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own and grow a defined territory across Charleston and Orangeburg, SC. The role offers base salary with uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses, plus full onboarding and training.

You will develop strong customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and partner with engineering teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions. A hunter mentality and strong communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of outside or B2B sales experience (preferred).
• Hunter mentality: competitive, self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Packaging or industrial sales experience is a plus.
