Job summary

IPS Packaging & Automation, a veteran-owned packaging solutions provider, is seeking an outgoing sales professional to own a territory in the United States. You will build deep customer relationships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue through consultative, value-based selling.

Work with IPS engineering and automation teams to tailor packaging solutions, while leveraging uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses to grow earnings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or B2B sales experience.
• Hunter mentality and self-motivation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in packaging/industrial sales.
