Job summary

AAA Cooper Transportation is seeking a dynamic Sales Territory Manager to drive revenue growth across our transportation services. You will build territory-specific plans, identify opportunities, and grow customer relationships in Memphis and surrounding areas.

Lead pipeline from prospecting to closing, manage key accounts, and leverage CRM/data analytics for strategic decisions. The role demands a results-driven mindset and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development; LTL industry experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
