Job summary

AAA Cooper Transportation is seeking a dynamic Sales Territory Manager to lead revenue growth across our transportation services. You will develop territory strategies, pursue new business opportunities, and manage key accounts to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

This role requires strong selling, CRM/BI proficiency, and disciplined time management; a proven outside sales background and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
• Create, advance, and close opportunities in your sales pipeline.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Leverage CRM and BI tools to guide territory planning.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
• Organize and prioritize time effectively through disciplined call cycles and territory management.
