Boutique Recruiting in the United States seeks an experienced outside sales professional to own the Oklahoma and North Texas territory for a pre-engineered metal building industry manufacturer. This remote, field-based role focuses on generating new business, building relationships with contractors, developers, and engineers, and guiding opportunities through the full sales cycle.

Competenze

• 3–5 years outside B2B sales in commercial/industrial construction.
• PEMB required.
• Experience selling construction materials or related services.
• Proven ability to prospect and win new business.
• Existing relationships with contractors, developers, owners, architects, engineers.
• Experience using a CRM to manage prospects and pipeline.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with territory ownership.
• Willingness to travel Oklahoma and North Texas.
• Based in or near Oklahoma/North Texas territory.

Mansioni

• Build and grow the Oklahoma and North Texas territory, focusing on OKC and DFW.
• Prospect for new customers and projects, developing relationships with contractors and developers.
• Identify construction opportunities early, including pre-bid projects.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Follow up on quotes and proposals to convert opportunities into new business.
• Partner with estimating, engineering, and project management to deliver proposals.
• Maintain CRM and active sales pipeline, growing existing accounts.
