gpac LLC. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) on a fully remote, territory-based basis.

You will own the full sales cycle, from initial contact through project delivery, selling customized steel building solutions to commercial and industrial buyers. You will build a pipeline, meet with customers, and coordinate with engineering and production to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to delivery.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in outside sales, territory sales, account management, or as an account executive.
• Experience selling construction products, structural steel, PEMB systems, or other industrial products strongly preferred.
• Consultative, relationship-driven sales style with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to clients.

• Prospect and win new commercial and industrial clients in your territory.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of PEMB projects.
• Meet with owners, contractors, architects, and engineers to understand project needs and recommend tailored building solutions.
• Prepare competitive, profitable pricing proposals from project specs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Coordinate with engineering and production for smooth sale-to-delivery handoff.
• Stay the client’s go-to contact through construction and provide post-sale support.
