gpac LLC. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (Remote). You will own the full sales cycle, selling custom PEMB solutions to commercial and industrial buyers in your territory.

In this remote, territory-based role, you’ll prospect, build a strong pipeline, meet with stakeholders, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate handoffs with engineering and production to ensure delivery and post-sale support. Travel as needed.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in outside sales or account management in a B2B environment.
• Experience selling construction products, PEMB systems, or industrial products preferred.
• Consultative, relationship-driven sales style with negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to clients.

• Prospect and win new commercial and industrial clients in your territory.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of PEMB projects.
• Meet with owners, contractors, architects, and engineers to understand project needs and tailor building solutions.
• Prepare competitive, profitable pricing proposals from project specs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Coordinate with engineering and production for a smooth handoff from sale to delivery.
• Stay the client’s go-to contact through construction, and provide post-sale support.
