TimberHP is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Philadelphia, Virginia, or North Carolina markets to build a new book of business with a hunter mindset. You’ll introduce TimberHP’s wood fiber insulation, identify owners and contractors, and develop demand in an untapped North American market.

You'll own your territory, create a business plan, train partners, and stay sharp on building codes and pricing.

Formación

• Hunter mentality and willingness to pursue new territory.
• Excellent time-management, organization, and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Public speaking and promotional event experience is a plus.
• Travel willingness within/near the territory, including overnight stays.

Responsabilidades

• Hunt down and close new business in the assigned territory.
• Drive profitable sales growth for TimberHP and customers.
• Create demand from scratch for a new product in NA market.
• Build and execute a territory business plan.
• Run product knowledge workshops and training sessions.
• Stay current on building codes and pricing/shipping programs.
