Job summary

Kimball International is seeking a Market Sales Manager to drive profitable quota attainment within the Madison, WI territory through daily inmarket engagement with distribution partners, A&D firms, and end users.

You will develop and manage territory business plans, maintain dealer relationships, and leverage Salesforce to forecast sales and track opportunities, while coaching sales teams on product applications and strategies.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and relevant field experience preferred.
• 3–5+ years of sales or related experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory business plans to meet sales quotas.
• Manage relationships with distribution partners, A&D firms, and end users.
• Utilize SFDC to track opportunities and forecast sales outcomes.
