Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a District Sales Manager for the North West territory, covering WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, AK and BC. You will drive profitable growth, develop market plans, and represent the Star Building Systems product line.

Reporting to the West Regional Manager, you will collaborate across internal teams to optimize the customer experience and win new business. Ideal candidates have a college degree, 5+ years in building materials, pre-engineered space experience, and strong

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Building Materials.
• Experience within the pre-engineered building space required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all Cornerstone Building System's associates, customers, subsidiaries, agents.
• Thorough understanding of construction process.
• Ability to comprehend and translate architectural plans and specifications.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities.
• Strong understanding of Drafting, Estimating, and Inside Sales.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• 50-70% travel in market.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements market plans including customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals.
• Maintains comprehensive understanding of Cornerstone Building Brands products and systems in the market.
• Understands key customers' business and critical performance measures for each account.
• Collaborates with internal departments to optimize customer experience and efficiency.
• Travel across market to execute growth initiatives.
