This outside sales role focuses on new business acquisitions, interacting with executive-level decision makers, and growing a portfolio of accounts in logistics services including LTL, Truckload, air freight, and warehousing. We offer a base salary of $40,000 with uncapped commissions, a $500 monthly car allowance, gas reimbursements, comprehensive health benefits, and a 401(k) with profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; business, marketing, or communication preferred.
• 0-2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Campus activities involvement encouraged.
• Energetic, polished, professional appearance.
• Driven to win and part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and generate leads.
• Utilize CRM to track activity and sales pipeline.
• Sell and set up new accounts with new clients.
• Manage accounts you sell and grow relationships.
• Participate in corporate training programs and onboarding.
• Support LV-based Territory Manager activities and customer visits.
