Zusammenfassung

NeoGenomics is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Oregon or Idaho to own all accounts in the territory and drive growth across the full portfolio. You will manage relationships with pathology, community and hospital oncology, academic centers, and reference labs, aiming to expand share of care while maintaining existing business.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will coordinate with OSS, CSS and KAM teams, develop territory plans, and stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business-related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years direct sales experience in clinical and/or laboratory markets.
• Strong closing skills and proven achievement in sales roles.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Achieves annual sales goals by meeting customer needs within the assigned territory.
• Primary account owner of Tier A, B, C accounts.
• Engages with KAMs to support Tier A accounts and oversees the full sales process.
• Collaborates with OSS and CSS to increase account value and drive growth.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key decision makers.
• Identifies and pursues new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develops territory plans and coordinates with Marketing and Product teams.
• Keeps SFDC updated with activities and opportunities; travels as required to manage accounts.
