Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business-related field required, MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of oncology sales in diagnostic or pharma preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to apply oncology, diagnostics, lab, and reimbursement knowledge in sales discussions.
• Ability to learn and retain detailed information about NeoGenomics products, services, processes, policies, internal teams, competitor offerings, and payer/reimbursement considerations.
• Strong account management skills and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage target oncology accounts within the territory.
• Promote molecular, NGS, and liquid biopsy products to oncology groups.
• Develop territory and account specific business plans aligned with sales goals.
• Maintain relationships with oncology customers across hospitals, labs, and academic centers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate account strategy and grow account value.
• Monitor territory trends and provide insights to leadership.
• Maintain accurate SFDC data for visibility and reporting.
