NeoGenomics Laboratories is seeking a Territory Business Manager for the Oregon or Idaho region. This role leads the full sales cycle, engaging pathology, oncology, and academic centers while expanding share of care and acquiring new customers in community oncology.

You will collaborate with OSS, CSS, and KAM, manage the territory budget, and stay ahead of market trends, while traveling up to 75% to meet customers and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business-related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• Strong closing skills and client-facing experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Achieves annual sales goals within assigned territory.
• Owns the entire sales process for assigned accounts.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key decision makers.
• Collaborates with KAMs, OSS, CSS to grow account value.
• Travels as required (up to 75%).
