Job summary

TimberHP, Inc is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to launch a new wood fiber insulation in North America, building relationships with builders, architects, and contractors. You will own a territory and scale revenue through hunting, workshops, and strategic partnerships.

Base salary plus generous commission; uncapped upside; travel within the territory is required, with strong benefits and opportunities for career growth at TimberHP.

Qualifications

• Hunter mindset focused on new territory and closing deals.
• Excellent time-management, organization, and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willing to travel domestically; experience in building materials a plus.
• Experience with promotional activities (trade shows, dealer events) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close new business with owners, developers, builders, and contractors.
• Drive profitable sales growth for customers and TimberHP.
• Create demand for a new product and generate excitement in the market.
• Build and execute a territory business plan for PA, VA, NC, or MA.
• Conduct product knowledge workshops and customer trainings.
• Stay current on code requirements and how TimberHP helps meet them.
• Master pricing, shipping programs, rebates, and incentives.
