Industrial Supply & Service, LLC in Texas seeks a Sales Manager to drive new business and expand existing accounts. You will lead outside sales, inside/counter sales and service personnel, hire and train staff, oversee inventory, and coordinate proposals and presentations to close deals.

The role offers base pay of $75,000 with uncapped commissions, a car allowance, health and life insurance, Paid holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and ongoing sales training and leads to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4 or more years of business-to-business outside sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fundamental understanding of sales skills and techniques.
• Communication, relationship building, customer service, prioritization, account forecasting / planning, negotiating, consultative selling and superior organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Prospect for new business and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Perform needs analyses, identify pressure points, and develop proposals and presentations.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and discipline subordinate staff; create and assign employee schedules.
