Job summary

Diablo Tools Inc. is expanding its Sales Team and seeks an extroverted, motivated Sales Professional with 1–8 years of sales experience. The role covers Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula, with monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

You will support Regional Managers, manage trade shows, coach Territory Managers, and travel regularly to meet customers and grow market share. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing related field or 8 years of commensurate experience.
• Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and approaches.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Develop programs and sales strategies for Key dealers within assigned territory.
• Assist Regional Managers with training, trade shows, and coaching Territory Managers.
• Travel 6–8 overnights per month to meet customers and develop the territory.
