ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in Pleasanton, CA. You will close sales within a defined territory, train with ADP's program, and work with new and existing clients to offer HR solutions and benefits across hire-to-retire.

You’ll manage multiple deals, organize processes through implementation, and pursue advancement with ongoing sales training. The role offers industry-leading compensation, benefits, incentive trips, and a clear path for career growth

Qualifications

• Must have a track record of closing sales and managing a territory.
• Experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales is preferred.
• Military experience is valued and appreciated.
