Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, stock areas, and maintain clear store communication. You will educate customers and staff about our brands and product lines, and report progress to the Market Sales Manager.

This role requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• English conversational proficiency in real-time.

Responsabilités

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and staff on product features and benefits.
• Maintain high quality of work and comply with company policies.
• Communicate successes or barriers to Market Sales Manager.
