Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. You will stock areas, complete projects, and communicate with store personnel to educate them on product lines.

The role requires lifting, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and travel as needed. Benefits include health, retirement, and time-off provisions.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Independent and self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Conversational English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product features and benefits.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Knowledge of handheld device functions and usage.
