Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role includes stocking, store communication, and educating staff on products while reporting to the Market Sales Manager.

A flexible schedule with potential travel is required. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and experience in customer service or sales.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train and supervise Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.

• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Know company policies and communicate progress to the Market Sales Manager.
• Operate handheld device to access product information and sales data.
