Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will train and guide sales teams, educate customers on our brands, and ensure accurate, high-quality store execution while communicating with the Market Sales Manager.

The role requires a flexible schedule, strong customer service skills, and a proactive, independent approach.

Qualifications

• Must be independent and self-motivated while working with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills for daily store communications.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance maintained.
• Customer service or sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product features and benefits.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Understand and follow company policies; communicate progress to Market Sales Manager.
• Operate handheld device and maintain confidentiality of information.
