Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. Responsibilities include training, stocking, and effective store communication, reporting to the Market Sales Manager.

You will build rapport with store teams, educate customers on product lines, and maintain high quality work to meet client standards. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop the skills of Sales Merchandisers and fellow Territory Sales Leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and features.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
