Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role includes stocking, store communication, and field education of product lines. Reports to the Market Sales Manager.

The position requires managing a team, training others, and maintaining confidentiality of client information while working with various store teams and regions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overnights.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and features.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Operate handheld device and maintain confidentiality of data.
