Job summary

Virginia Tile Company is seeking a driven sales professional to cultivate business in a designated territory and build strong client relationships. You will collaborate with regional and corporate teams to maximize revenue, deliver compelling product presentations, and promote all tile products across the customer base.

The role requires proactive market intelligence gathering, timely reporting, and participation in industry trade associations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years outside B2B sales with proven success.
• One year in a customer-facing sales role (B2B).
• Valid Driver's License and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster business in assigned territory or with a designated customer base.
• Maintain client relationships to promote all products and drive market growth.
• Implement sales strategies to target customers and present products effectively.
• Educate customers to ensure products are understood and used effectively.
• Attend sales/training meetings and provide timely reports.
