Job summary

Dal-Tile, a leading tile and natural stone manufacturer, seeks a Senior Manager Sales to proactively lead a Field Sales team across a geographic area. You will drive revenue and customer satisfaction by developing sales strategies, expanding market share, and meeting annual targets for sales, margins, and operating income.

You will collaborate with Sales Operations and leadership to forecast, align targets, and optimize territory assignments while building strong relationships with key accounts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 8-10 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 3-5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Routinely participate in sales calls with the Field Sales team to support selling efforts.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and leadership to develop and manage forecasting and targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and address needs of key accounts.
• Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competition, and customer behavior.
• Optimize geographic assignments to maximize sales opportunities and satisfaction.
• Lead regular sales team meetings to review performance and share updates.
• Serve as escalation contact for the Field Sales team to resolve issues.
• Oversee CRM usage to manage interactions, activities, and pipeline.
• Monitor selling techniques and provide feedback on strategies and tactics.
• Monitor geographic expenses to adhere to budgets and travel policies.
