Job summary

Ox Engineered Products seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth of Ox-Is and Polyiso for single- and multi-family builders across Seattle, Phoenix, Portland, Spokane, and CA markets. You will report to the Regional Sales Director/West and lead strategy to increase market penetration while training field teams and managing relationships.

A Building Science background and 5+ years in building-products sales are required, with a willingness to travel about 60% and a proven ability to engage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Science or related field.
• 5+ years sales experience in building products.
• Experience with single-family and multi-family builders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter and proactive problem solver.
• Willingness to travel ~60%.

Responsibilities

• Grow Ox-Is and Polyiso product sales with single- and multi-family builders.
• Convert builders in targeted regions and manage relationships.
• Oversee supply chain in markets to support builder business.
• Provide field training to installers, code officials, and dealers.
• Set expectations with field teams to support builders.
• Attend industry events to promote Ox products.
• Complete special projects for the Regional Sales Director/West.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental policies in all workplaces.
