Job summary

Ox Engineered Products is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow our Ox-Is and Polyiso offerings with single- and multi-family builders across Northwest and West regions, including Seattle, Portland, Spokane, Phoenix, and California markets.

You will report to the Regional Sales Director/West, travel ~60%, and train installers, code officials, dealers, and other sales partners to ensure code compliance and successful sales execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Background in Building Science preferred.
• 5+ years sales experience in building products.
• Experience with single-family and multi-family builders.
• Experience presenting to builders, framers, architects, code officials and distributors/dealers.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Self-starter and creative problem solver; able to work independently and in a team.
• Travel up to ~60%.

Responsibilities

• Grow Ox-Is and Polyiso products with builders as codes favor CI.
• Convert builders in specified regions.
• Manage supply chain in markets to support builder business.
• Provide field training to installers, code officials, dealers, and others.
• Set expectations with field to support the builder.
• Attend key industry events to promote Ox’s portfolio.
• Complete special projects for Regional Sales Director/West.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments.
