Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role includes stocking, store communication, and educating customers about product lines.

You will train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff, build rapport with store personnel, and maintain high quality of work. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to locations are required; strong teamwork and

• Must be independent and self-motivated.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers on product lines and features of client brands.
• Maintain store quality to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Knowledge of handheld device functions and company policies.
• Ensure confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
