Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role includes project completion, stocking, and effective store communication with leadership oversight.

Responsibilities include training, educating customers and staff on product lines, and maintaining high-quality store standards while traveling as needed. A strong background in customer service and sales is essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service or sales experience is required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Mansioni

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Train, supervise, and develop the skills of Sales Merchandisers, fellow Territory Sales Leads, and seasonal associates.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client’s brands and product lines.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work in all areas of the store to meet or exceed client expectations.
