Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, and ensure client expectations are met. The role involves stocking, store communication, and educating staff on product lines.

Responsibilities include training teams, maintaining accuracy, understanding company policies, and reporting to the Market Sales Manager. A flexible schedule and field travel are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product features and benefits.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Know and follow all company policies and communicate milestones to the Market Sales Manager.
• Handle handheld device functions proficiently and maintain confidentiality.
