Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, and meet retailer/client expectations. You will educate staff about product lines, maintain store standards, and communicate progress to the Market Sales Manager.

The role requires experience in sales, strong independence, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Travel to locations as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to additional locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management on a daily basis.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product features and benefits.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations and company policies.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
