Job summary

Sika is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for Subfloor Prep and Flooring Adhesives Solutions. You will drive growth, manage a defined territory in the Northeast, and build relationships with contractors, distributors, and specifiers.

The role includes jobsite visits, hands-on demonstrations, and coordinated efforts with the Technical Service team. The position requires extensive sales experience in construction materials, knowledge of tile installation systems, and comfort with Salesforce

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years outside sales experience with proven success.
• Extensive experience with Tile and Stone Installation Systems including tiles adhesives, tiles grouts, thin-sets and subfloor preparation in commercial & residential applications.
• Ability to conduct effective product presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 package as well as Salesforce CRM.
• Understanding of architectural specifications and construction design elements
• High level of personal motivation and strong business integrity.
• Adaptability to relate to and interact with customers and business influencers.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Willing to travel up to posted geographic amount, with some overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and hit targets by developing strong partnerships with contractors, distributors, specifiers, and key influencers.
• Promote innovation by introducing and demonstrating our latest tile and flooring solutions through jobsite visits, hands‑on demos, and professional presentations.
• Generate new business with specifications, cold calls, and contractor engagement.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and prospects, ensuring outstanding service.
• Plan and execute territory sales strategies and budgets for sustainable growth.
• Leverage technology with daily Salesforce CRM updates to manage pipelines and activities.
• Support quality assurance by reporting product feedback and coordinating solutions with our Technical Service team.
