Job summary

InfuCare Rx® is a leading home infusion provider focused on IV therapy and specialty pharmacy in the homecare setting. The Territory Manager will drive sales and marketing activities in New Orleans and surrounding areas, educating prescribers, discharge planners, and nurses on our patient-centric infusion services.

The role requires building relationships with physicians, health systems, pharma partners, and referral sources to support patient discharges and prescriptions for infusion therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or proven industry experience will be considered.
• Minimum five years of experience in specialty pharmacy sales or pharmaceuticals.
• Knowledge of specialty billing/reimbursement, pre-authorization, and insurance coverage for specialty meds.

Responsibilities

• Develops sales strategies to achieve objectives and revenue goals.
• Interfaces with clinicians and administrative staff.
• Targets prescribers and discharge planners and educates on patient services.
• Identifies and develops relationships with sales targets referring patients/prescriptions.
• Assesses specialty medications, parenteral nutrition, and related disease states.
• Plans field visits and educational opportunities to maximize productivity.
• Collaborates with prescribers and health systems to facilitate referrals.
• Provides presentations to referral sources and identifies patient care solutions.
